Can I change the delivery date after placing an order?
After placing an order, you can change your delivery date. The way to do it and the conditions are different depending on the progress of the processing of your order:
- your delivery is scheduled in more than 72 hours; or
- your delivery is scheduled in less than 72 hours.

In this scenario, it is very likely that our logistics platform has not yet processed your order. So, contact our team who can assist you in your request by changing your delivery date to any future date of your choice.
Delivery expected in less than 72 hours
In this scenario, it is very likely that our logistics platform has already processed your order. Thus, you will have to change the delivery date directly from the Chronopost website, as soon as you receive your tracking number.
With our partner carrier Chronopost, we make premium the new normal by allowing you to control your delivery from start to finish.
On the Chronopost website, up to 1 hour before delivery, you can reschedule it to a later date — up to 6 working days.
This gives you all the flexibility in case of an unforeseen event, so that you no longer miss your delivery.
