Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
After placing an order, you can change your address. The way to do it and the conditions are different depending on the progress of the processing of your order:
- your delivery is scheduled in more than 72 hours; or
- your delivery is scheduled in less than 72 hours.

In this scenario, it is very likely that our logistics platform has not yet processed your order. So, contact our team who can assist you in your request by changing your delivery address.
You will be able to change your address completely, both the street, the postcode and the city.
Delivery expected in less than 72 hours
In this scenario, it is very likely that our logistics platform has already processed your order. Thus, you will have to change the delivery location directly from the Chronopost website, as soon as you receive your tracking number.
With our partner carrier Chronopost, we make premium the new normal by allowing you to control your delivery from start to finish.
On the Chronopost website, up to 1 hour before delivery, you can choose a different location — such as a Pickup point or a safe place, or add a delivery instruction.
This gives you all the flexibility in case of an unforeseen event, so that you no longer miss your delivery.
Please be aware that in this scenario, on the Chronopost website, you will not be able to completely change your address. For example, a change of postal code and city will not be allowed.
