The return process applies mostly during the exercise of your right of withdrawal.

Your right of withdrawal applies within 14 working days from the day after your order is delivered, without having to give any reasons or pay any fees, except the return costs. When you exercise your right of withdrawal, MondoPal fully refunds your order including the initial delivery costs.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us. Our team will then send you a confirmation that your request has been taken into account. You will then have a period of 14 days to return your products, from the date of your request.
