How can I track my parcel?

We rely on clear and precise information throughout the MondoPal experience, from the moment you create your pack until you receive it.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Then, from the processing of your order to its delivery, you will be kept informed of every step by email.

You can also log in to your account at any time to find your purchase history and the details of each order.

As soon as your pack has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and will be able to track your parcel, change the delivery date, modify the delivery location or even add delivery instructions at your convenience from the Chronopost website.

And finally, on the day of delivery, you can enjoy real-time tracking of your parcel on the Chronopost website whilst it is out for delivery.
