How to open the console?

If you are having technical issues with MondoPal, our customer service might need to know more. Opening your console will help us to have more details as to what is not working. Here's how to open the console on different browsers.

Google Chrome

Keyboard shortcut: Control, Shift and J or F12 (on PC) or Command, Option and J (on Mac).

From the menu:

  1. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner;
  2. Choose “More Tools”, then “Developer Tools”;
  3. A new screen will open, select the “Console” tab.

Microsoft Edge

Keyboard shortcut: Control, Shift and I or F12 (on PC).

From the menu:

  1. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner;
  2. Choose “Additional Tools”, then “Development Tools”;
  3. A new screen will open, select the “Console” tab.

Mozilla Firefox

Keyboard shortcut: Control, Shift and J (on PC) or Command, Option and K (on Mac).

From the menu:

  1. Click on the 3 horizontal lines in the upper right corner;
  2. Choose “Developer”;
  3. From the pop-up menu, select “Web Console”.

Safari

Keyboard shortcut: Command, Option, and C (on Mac).

From the menu:

  1. In the upper left corner of your screen, select “Safari”;
  2. Choose “Settings”;
  3. Click on “Advanced”;
  4. Select “Show Develop menu in menu bar”;
  5. Close the pop-up window;
  6. In the bar at the top of your screen, you should see the “Development” option, check this box;
  7. In the drop-down menu, you will see the option “Show JavaScript Console”, click on it to open the console.
