No worries, at MondoPal you have access to premium services so you are in control of your delivery from start to finish.

On the Chronopost website, up to 1 hour before delivery you can:

• reschedule your delivery for a later date — up to 6 working days;
• choose a different location — such as a Pickup point or a safe place; or
• add a delivery instruction.

This gives you all the flexibility you need in the event of an unforeseen event so that you would not miss your delivery.
