My package was delivered late, what should I do?
We apologise if you received your package late. With Chronopost, we do our best to ensure the delivery within the deadlines communicated, but it happens that few parcels are delivered outside these deadlines. In this case, we are here to help you, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will then do what is necessary with Chronopost but we only have 72 hours from the date of delivery to send them your complaint. Finally, we will come back to you with more explanations and, if applicable, the details of the refund granted.
Please note that unexpected events (strikes, accidents, etc.) may delay your delivery. In these cases, delivery can sometimes be earlier or later than expected. With Chronopost, we will then do our best to keep you informed.
