At MondoPal, we do everything we can to make life easier for our customers. This is why, when placing your order, we ask you to select the delivery date that suits you.

If you place an order on the weekend, during a bank holiday or in the middle of the night, and you want to receive your pack as soon as possible, the earliest delivery date will not necessarily be the next day, but could be 2 or 3 days later. This will be clearly indicated to you before payment.

Our logistics platform being open from Monday to Friday, any order placed on a Saturday or Sunday, on a bank holiday or after 1 p.m. will only be processed from the next working day, which postpones the delivery date.
