Your pack will be delivered from Monday to Saturday, and more precisely on the day you have selected when placing your order.

Delivery will take place between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m., and in most cases on a 1-hour slot. You will be informed of the dedicated slot by email the same morning around 7 a.m. by Chronopost. Deliveries where you have to stay half a day at home, it’s a thing of the past. Now, you can organise your day as you want.

For information, you can also enjoy real-time tracking of your parcel on the Chronopost website whilst it is out for delivery.

Please be aware that due to reasons beyond the driver's control such as traffic conditions, weather, etc., occasionally the delivery time or day may differ than originally planned but we will inform you of any difficulties in delivering your order.
