To make your life easier, there are many options for the delivery of your pack:

• at the address of your choice — home, concierge, neighbour, safe place, etc. ; or
• at a local Pickup point — Post Office or “Pickup network” point.

On MondoPal, before payment, you can choose between home delivery or Pickup point delivery.

If you choose a delivery in a local Pickup point, you will be asked, just after payment of your order, to select on a map the Pickup point that suits you the most near your delivery address. You can now discover all the Pickup points available on the Chronopost map.

Once your pack has been dispatched, depending on your initial choice, you will be able to change it before delivery, directly on the Chronopost website.
