If you have chosen the local Pickup point delivery, Chronopost will notify you by email when your package is ready to be collected. In this email, you will find the opening hours and the location of the Pickup point.

With the original copy of your Identity Document, go to the Pickup point and show the QR code present in the email sent by Chronopost.

A person of your choice can also collect your package by presenting the original copy of their identity document and yours (photocopies are not accepted).

If your package is damaged, report it to the Pickup point and ask to make reservations then follow these detailed instructions.
